If you're looking for a more "hands on" approach to I.T. services than just behind the scenes maintenance, this plan is for you. Our Premium Maintenance Plan offers all the features of our Basic Plan plus Remote Support, giving you access to a technician remotely when needed. We'll also include our Bay Geeks Help-desk so you can open tickets and track progress on open items, we'll actively monitor your network and servers and hold quarterly review sessions.
